This website is operated by EBH Environmental Services ([ABN]), trading as EBH Skip Bins and Central Coast Skip Hire. By booking a skip bin or using this site you agree to these terms.

Hire period

Every skip bin comes with a 14 day hire period. After the initial 14-day hire period, a daily charge of $35 will apply. [Confirm: the hire period starts on the day the bin is delivered.]

Waste types

Each bin is booked for one waste category, and only that category may be loaded. Mixing waste types will result in extra charges. If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, contact our office before loading the bin.

Asbestos

Asbestos bins are for bonded asbestos wall and Super 6 roof sheeting only and are booked by phone. They are charged as a service charge plus a tip fee per tonne, both plus GST. [Confirm wrapping and handling requirements.]

Placement and permits

Yes - if you plan to place the skip bin on a public road or nature strip, you'll need to organise a permit through your local council. You are responsible for providing safe, clear access for our truck on the day of delivery and collection. [Confirm any charge for a wasted trip.]

Overfilling and weight

Bins must not be filled above the top edge, and must not be loaded beyond the weight limit for the bin and waste type. An overfilled or overweight bin may not be collected until it is brought back within limits, and extra charges may apply. [Confirm weight limits and overfill charges.]

Prices

Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST unless marked "+ GST". Prices can change; the price that applies is the one confirmed at booking.
